WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Girls who have been recommended by a coach as a result of their exceptional ability and potential in basketball and who will be in the 7th, 8th, or 9th grade in the fall of 2006.

COST

A fee of just $325 covers all costs during this action packed camp. You must, however, send a $150 non-refundable deposit as soon as possible to reserve your spot in the camp. With the limited enrollment this is a must. If you prefer to pay the final $175 by check, the check must be postmarked by July 13, 2006. If you prefer to pay the remaining $175 at registration, you may do so with cash or money order. NO personal checks will be accepted at registration. Deadline for camp registration is  July 29, 2006.

COMMUTER RATE

Campers wishing to stay at home can commute to and from camp and pay a rate of $250. This rate will include lunch, dinner, and tuition for camp.

INFORMATION PACKET

A packet of information will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. Included in the packet will be a transportation form for pickups at the bus and air terminals if needed.

MEDICAL

We want every camper to be physically fit and able to handle the rigors of each day's activities. Therefore, an indication of a physical examination signed by your doctor must be shown on your enrollment form. A 2005 - 2006 school physical will be acceptable, provided you send a copy of your application or bring it to registration. This physical cannot be more than one year old. The parents' release statement must be signed, as well as the information requested about medical insurance. This information is needed in case of accident or illness at camp. Camp insurance is provided to cover only what each camper's family health policy does not.

REGISTRATION
Registration for all sessions will be between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM in Knight's Hall, the gym on the Bellarmine campus.   The camp will officially begin at 3:00 PM

CHECK OUT
The camp will end at approximately 4:00 PM after the awards ceremony following the all-star games of the final session. Check out, key and jersey return will take place in the dormitory.
